       在中国，颂钵行业的发展一日千里，颂钵已渗入瑜伽、美容、养生等行业，随着人们的心理健康的发展需求，颂钵疗愈师市场需求也同时增长，就需要更多的颂钵导师参与其中。可是，目前颂钵培训的市场发展是不健康的，市场上很多“颂钵导师”本身的水平有限，在广告包装上也掩盖不住水平的瑕疵，但是初级的颂钵疗愈师却争先恐后地争夺这块“蛋糕”，导致颂钵的整体疗愈水平每况日下。颂钵教练到颂钵导师的过程，真的需要名师的指点和严格训练才能得以蜕变，因此尼泊尔颂钵协会以及中国的颂钵先行者们非常迫切改善这一个现象，让更多的颂钵疗愈师得到更正宗和全面的课程培训与科学指导。

二、综合能力学习篇：

2天(12小时)深度体验高级课程:

1、颂钵：颂钵的知识和运用基本功、单钵冥想和疗愈、3-5个钵的各种疗愈方案、6-8个钵的疗愈方案、古法灵性疗愈方案、《颂钵音乐会》等。

2、冥想：传统冥想的知识和引导方式、光和脉轮的冥想、颂钵和冥想的结合、颂钵冥想与各种场合的融合、颂钵和禅茶的冥想、创作冥想主题的自媒体。

3、呼吸：渐进式呼吸控制法、空间压缩式呼吸控制法、观想式清理经络呼吸控制法、能量锁和脉轮观想呼吸控制法、灵气疗愈呼吸控制法。

4、唱诵：OM能量唱诵、脉轮冥想唱诵、磨钵唱诵和音、气息控制能量唱诵、腹式+胸腔式压缩式唱诵、Nada Yoga唱诵等。

5、脉轮：12脉轮的定义和疗愈运用、芳香和颂钵的脉轮疗愈、脉轮手印和观想唱诵、灵气手法脉轮疗愈。

6、心灵成长：内观与照见、感受看见发现的运用、正念感受和身心释放、意识和潜意识交换的训练、情侣/夫妻同修以及多人同修引导、个案和多人疗愈的仪式流程设计。

Ⅱ、Comprehensive ability learning:

2 days (6 hours) In-depth Experience Advanced Course:

1. Singing bowl: The knowledge and basic skills of singing bowl, single bowl meditation and healing, various healing programs of 3-5 bowls, healing programs of 6-8 bowls, ancient spiritual healing programs, Singing Bowl Concert, etc.

2. Meditation: knowledge and guidance methods of traditional meditation, meditation of light and chakra, combination of chant bowl and meditation, fusion of chant bowl meditation and various occasions, meditation of chant bowl and Zen tea, self-media for creating meditation themes.

3. Breathing: progressive breathing control method, space compression breathing control method, visualization of meridian clearing breathing control method, energy lock and chakra visualization breathing control method, Reiki healing breathing control method.

4. Chanting: OM energy chanting, Chakra meditation chanting, mill chanting harmonization, breath control energy chanting, abdominal + chest compression chanting, Nada Yoga chanting, etc.

5. Chakra: 12 chakra definitions and healing applications, chakra healing with aromas and bowls, chakra handprints and contemplative chanting, Reiki chakra healing.

6. Spiritual growth: Vipassana and insight, application of perception and discovery, mindful feeling and physical and mental release, training of conscious and subconscious exchange, couples/couples and guidance of multiple practitioners, ritual process design of individual cases and multi-person healing.
